1994 to Present:

• Designed, developed and deployed an internet-based real estate listing, contact management and lead generation service (SaaS).
• Worked closely with sales, marketing and support of Celestine's resellers to ensure our products and services satisfied the needs of their clients.
• Acted as the technical lead and key designer and developer for the transition of major components for an international financial service provider from a large-scale mainframe environment to a distributed Linux farm.
• Leader of a team responsible for the design of a next-generation financial service. Created and presented the final report with recommendations.
• Leader of the deployment team responsible for the successful technology conversion at a major Canadian bank.
• Designed and developed an extensive order entry system for a financial services company, permitting automation of most order processing; the project received an award for outstanding contribution.

Star Data Systems Inc. (1985 to 1994)

• One of nine co-founders with an initial goal of providing a competitive real-time stock quotation service to the retail financial brokerage community ("Starquote").
• Worked closely with sales and marketing to ensure the products and services met and exceeded client expectations.
• As a key member of the strategic planning team provided technical direction for the company's products and helped determine the best method to integrate Star Data's technology with that of current and potential clients.
• Part of the management team responsible for the acquisition and integration of Dataline Inc.
• Led a team responsible for cost containment of network and computer operations expenses.
• In 1993, our team received Profit Magazine's award for the fastest growing company in Canada with 5-year revenue growth in excess of 11,000%.

• Started out as a junior operator and software developer while attending high school and worked up to senior systems programmer responsible for operating system development and the Canquote stock market service.

Duane R. Erickson

Duane is an Executive Manager with over 25 years of accomplishments gained across diverse industries and organizations in the fields of information technology management, strategic planning, operations management, sales and marketing.

Duane specializes in strategic and operations planning and effective problem solving, combining business and technology expertise. He has a proven ability to develop and manage highly productive, results-oriented technical support organizations and a consistent track record of managing and delivering large, mission-critical projects on time and on budget. Duane is also known for exceptional customer relations, people management and negotiating skills.

In 1994 Duane founded stalworth Technologies Corp., a professional services organization providing innovative business solutions, disciplined project management and technology support, primarily to the financial services industry, as well as other related industries. Through stalworth, Duane recruited and led a Team of expert independent consultants and provided interim business management, strategic planning and advisory services to corporations in roles as President and Chief Technology Officer. Some of his key achievements include: Ashton Technology Canada (President) – managed Team to successfully adapt VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) trading platform for the Canadian marketplace. Thomson Kernaghan Inc. (Technology Advisor) - built real time inventory application for Institutional Trading personnel. eTK (President) - directed the design and integration of a Canadianized global web based retail trading system and supervised the development and deployment of a web-based business news broadcasting system. Priority Brokerage Inc. (Chief Technology Officer) - key player in establishing Canada’s first “mid-tier” brokerage firm (subsequently acquired by Charles Schwab); determined technical requirements, defined and executed corporate systems solutions in less than 90 days. Maritz Canada Inc. - executed the development and implementation of the first global Lotus Notes application for IBM, managing the technical efforts in Canada, the U.K. and the Philippines. Among stalworth’s client list are high profile companies such as Sun Life Financial Services Inc., First Marathon Securities Corp. /National Bank of Canada, Canada Trust Securities Inc. and Dun and Bradstreet.

Prior to stalworth, Duane worked for prominent corporations such as Gordon Capital Corp., The Toronto Hospital and Nesbitt Thomson Inc. He has established I.S. departments and determined technology frameworks to support corporate requirements including implementing the first on-line, real time, brokerage accounting system in North America (Multipath), the first application of Amdahl’s UTS operating system in Canada as well as the largest installation of Data General hardware in North America.

Dale Fisher

Dale is the founder of CIO Resolve Inc., a firm dedicated to aligning business needs with competitive-advantageous business and technology solutions and with strategic project leadership.

Dale has more than 25 years experience in progressive leadership positions and management responsibilities. Dale’s background provides a unique blend of general business experience, industry exposure, people leadership, and an understanding of how technology can be leveraged for business advantage.

Dale founded Radius Information System in 1992, and served as President of the firm. Radius served the North American marketplace with ERP implementation, EDI/EC integration, and Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions. Following the acquisition of Radius by Cognicase in 2001, Dale was promoted to Senior Vice President to lead the Toronto Consulting Services practice of more than 150 consulting professionals.

Dale’s experience encompasses diverse industry sectors, including consumer goods manufacturing and distribution, healthcare/ pharmaceutical, Third Party Logistics (3PL), food service/distribution, financial brokerage, and public sector healthcare.

Dale has directly managed numerous large-scale projects within the private and public sectors throughout North America. He was the Project Director for Ciba Vision (including the Ophthalmic Division), and Ciba Geigy and Sandoz (Consumer Health Business Division) during the formation of the Novartis organization. A primary objective of this mandate was to implement the business models of the Novartis divisions with their respective 3PL solution providers. Dale continued to serve the Novartis divisions, including the Pharmaceutical group, with ERP solutions and EDI program development within their respective Novartis mandates.

Dale's academic background is business, with a computer science major.

Cynthia (Cindy) Lipomanis

Cindy is a senior executive who has delivered results throughout a progressive career in corporate communications and marketing management. With a strong focus on team building and a passion for developing new ideas into practical solutions, achievements include building the functions from the ground up and designing high impact programs focused on improving business performance.

With a strong focus on business and performance strategy, Cindy is passionate about playing a critical role in growing the business and helping an organization achieve its full potential. She believes that if an organization is committed to building strong, transparent and respectful relationships with its stakeholders - success will follow.

Cindy’s major accomplishments:

• Recruited by a major financial institution to develop and execute an enterprise-wide internal communications strategy and program.
• Developed the corporate communications function for a highly decentralized, entrepreneurial IT services company from the ground up.
• Built the business communications function for a newly formed subsidiary of Canada’s largest telecommunications provider.
• Launched a new business venture as part of the senior management team to provide telecommunications products and services to the international market place.
• Developed the marketing program and grew the revenues for the flagship routes of a major Canadian air carrier.

As Principal, C.D. Lipomanis & Associates, she is dedicated to working with small and medium-size companies to ensure sustained profitable growth through the alignment of strategy, brand, performance and communications.

Cindy holds an MBA (Marketing & Finance) from Queen’s University at Kingston.
