CTI Real Estate Agent™ (1)

The agent portion of our real estate service allows viewers of a brokerage firm's website to find Realtors® in several ways, including name, language, location and keyword. The roster can then be displayed in one of our existing layouts (which can be customised) or we can create a new layout for you. Our round-robin technique gives each agent a fair chance at appearing near the top of the page.

Browser applications (e.g., Flash or JavaScript) and customised programs can search and display agents using our web interface.

CTI Real Estate Listing™ (1)

Our property listing service supports residential, commercial and exclusive properties. Listings can be added and updated manually or automatically from your local real estate board (where available). Properties can be listed by up to four agents, with all their details pulled from the agent database.

Listings can be searched in many ways, all of which can be combined to provide a very specific list of properties. The agent's or broker's own listings can be displayed, as can properties listed by other agents and brokers, greatly expanding the number of properties the consumer can view.

Properties can be shown in several ways, including lists with one or more properties per row, on a map or through Google Earth. We even provide a convenient way for website visitors to easily compare the features several different properties.

Full integration with our CTI Contact service allows leads to be sent either to the agent whose website the consumer is viewing, or the listing agent if the user is browsing the broker's website. Notifications can be done immediately and/or through a daily digest.

CTI Contact Management System™

CTI Contact™ provides a convenient way to organise the contacts you need to maintain and expand your business. Contacts can be added through website forms, manually or imported from your existing contact system. Multiple contact lists and keywords allow you to quickly and conveniently group the contacts any way you wish. Exporting contacts is easily done.

With our template technology, sending customised messages to one or more contacts is easy. We also let you easily keep track of events associated with each contact, such as journal notes, to-dos and calls.

Fully Integrated with CTI Real Estate Listing. For real estate agents or teams, adding property listing details to customised messages is easy, letting you keep your clients informed about properties they may wish to see. These fully integrated messages can be created and sent manually or set up to be sent automatically. Real estate property views are automatically recorded so you can see which properties a contact has viewed, and which contacts have viewed a property.

CTI Organiser™

This is the central access point for managing your services and is accessible 24x7 from wherever you can connect to the Internet with a browser.

After providing your unique client code, user identifier and password, you have access to all your subscribed services, such as products, real estate agents and listings, contacts and contests, and our Do Not Call List.

On-line help is available throughout CTI Organiser to help you with its use, such as sending customised e-mail messages to one or more contacts.

CTI Do Not Call List™

Our Do Not Call List supports both the National DNCL and Internal DNCL, both of which must be used by businesses marketing to residential consumers. We automatically download the national list each day to make sure the information you are using is accurate. The internal list includes expiration dates so you will know when a residence can be contacted again.

CTI Products™

If you have a database of products or services you would like to make available through a website, we provide a flexible option to allow you to easily add, update, delete, even temporarily hide, the products. Tools available to the website developer allow the website viewer to browse products by manufacturer, category or product, and search on many fields. Integration with a shopping cart and checkout service is available.

Hosting

We provide web and e-mail hosting for subscribers of the products listed above.

For our real estate subscribers, we can provide custom websites for brokers and agents and highly customisable template sites for agents. For others, we provide convenient tools to allow website developers to access the database managed with CTI Organiser.
